    • Deadline January 30th
    • GameController with SLP: We are working on a proposal, additional people are welcome

    • Humanoid Winter School (but may not happen due to Covid, virtual format would not require RCF funding)
  • Junior/Major Bridging event

    • Will be discussed in a separate meeting
    • What is the goal of the meeting tomorrow? – gather requirements and ideas
    • It needs to be in line with the overall bridging idea
  • Virtual Season

    • The first two game days have been played successfully, although streaming was a little difficult for the second one
    • We made updates to the virtual environment to introduce domain randomization in the last game

    • Survey to be sent to teams (15-31 January 2022) Participation Survey for RoboCup 2022, Bangkok, Thailand

      • To be sent out to the team leaders of the qualified teams
    • Pre-RoboCup-Event 27/28/29 12 pm - 3 pm CET (probably), there are no details when we will present

    • We are supposed to do a 1 hour presentation about the league and our rules

      • Stackeholders / audience will be (officials, teams, and general public all to participate)
    • We have “the same amount of space as in previous years”

    • We should get in touch with our LOC as early as possible [Alessandra]

      • Communicate number of fields required, justified by number of teams
    • RoboCup Pre-Event

      • What do we need to prepare?
        • Some presentation (with videos!) plus some Q&A time, including rule changes
        • Who will attend? Jasper partially, Alessandra mostly, Jacky maybe, Maike and Reinaldo can’t
        • Jasper and Alessandra will prepare it
    • Status of the submissions

      • KidSize: 15 submissions
      • AdultSize: 4 submissions
      • Reviews & qualification status
        • 2 reviews (from one reviewer) are still missing - I think we can still go ahead
      • We need meta-reviewers who carefully read the reviews, make sure they are appropriate and summarize the most important points for teams to fix.

  • Rule Updates & Timeline

    • The discussion period started as planned on Dec 23rd - so far, not many discussions are going on
    • “Merge” of the physical and virtual rule book is still an ongoing topic
      • Maike identified the most controversial points for the voting, but the two still need to be compiled into a single rule book
      • Who feels responsible for compiling the final voting options and making the wording proposals as pull requests to the rule git? [Azer] (Deadline 2nd Febraury)
      • Who feels responsible setting up the voting system for Feb? [Azer] (Deadline 2nd Febraury)
